Even when the real estate market in Dubai was crumbling; some of them had bought their lavish holiday homes. But now Dubai market is regaining strength making it an opportune buyer’s market.
Shilpa Shetty used to own a 2 bedroom apartment in the Burj Khalifa; have sold of their property. She comes to Dubai around twice a year, because its suitable to stay in a lavish hotel rather than buy a house.
Bollywood stars love Dubai so much that many of them have bought a place here. The list of Bollywood celebrities snapping up homes in Dubai is increasing. Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sohail Khan and Mohanlal already own a house in Dubai.
Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor was in dubai to help parents Rishi and Neetu buy a plush family home in the UAE. Recently, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar also announced his intentions to create a base in Dubai.
Shah Rukh Khan owns a grand property here. Katrina kaif and Sameera Reddy has already bought a house here in Dubai. Abhishek Bachchan has invested in a home here, since Ranbir and his family is house hunting here too.

The famous actor Robert De Niro and world famous master chef and sushi mogul Nobuyuki Matsuhisa co-own Nobu, a high class restaurant. The Tiger Woods Dubai will be situated on 55 million sq /ft in Dubailand. This excluding lifestyle community has the Al Ruwaya Golf Course, the first to be planned by Tiger Woods, the best known golfer and head of Tiger Woods Design.
